TERRIBLE basically. We settled $150 to get a light for the television. While it came it did not match properly and we approached them instantly plus they believed to deliver it back and they'll send a brand new one after which if that didn't match they might issue a return.

To get the 2nd one took PERMANENTLY. The Next one did not match both. We again named instantly and needed to abandon a note simply because they were active. The concept claims they'll contact you immediately. We have quit several communications with never a call-back. Additionally within the concept they provide a contact address to create to additionally declaring that they can enter contact instantly. We published that mail requesting them to contact us and informed them the issue. They don't answer these both.

They'll not return our calls or reply our emails despite risks of likely to the BBB and Attorney-General. We would like to deliver this light back and obtain a return.
