Sold service with no coverage at my home and refused refund

I went to a cricket store purchased service, their representative assured me my phone would work where I live but I got home and it doesn't work, I called and asked for a refund and the rep even told me they aren't supposed to sell service for areas they dont have service for but they did! So because I threw away a receipt for service that was supposed to work they wont give a refund. I also asked if they would give me the roaming so I could get my months worth all they said is pay us more money... Theft slash extortion..
