I bought a cigarette making machine from www.webspot.com. The machine is of very poor quality, more like something someone made in their garage. I got shocked by electric from the unprotected wiring on the machine. The machine is broke after making only 1 carton of cigarettes and their website policy is a 30-day money back guarantee. So since the product is not of adequate quality and it was miss represented I want a refund. I will pay the freight to return the item to them. Only after threatening them and filing a claim through PayPal do I get a partial refund.
