I am a G.E. Employee and must say that I'm very embarrased by the quality of this piece of crap machine. It seems like once every two weeks we are pulling ruined clothing out of this machine. It looks like greese stains on light clothing. We have been using this machine for 2 years now like this because we can't afford to replace it with how much we paid for this piece of junk. We thought it was something we were doing at first but now that i've been reading bad reviews I realise that it is just a bad machine. I doubt I will ever purchase another G.E. Product again.
