I sent my Lumix camera (DMCFS15) to McAllen for repair. I included everything and wrote a description of the problem and my physical shipping address on the enclosed form. I now receive a letter asking for my physical shipping address and the letter is addressed to someone with a similar last name - but no my last name. I assume the letter was really meant for me since the rest of my mailing address was correct. I have now tried several times to call the McAllen office at the number listed to give my physical address and I constantly get the recording that "no one is available to take your call... Please leave a message" I am reluctant to leave a message since they couldn't get my name right I am not confident they will get my physical address right - even though they already have it.
What am I to do???
