I received a reply to my complaint i posted here.

This is Richard writing you from magicJack Support. We noticed your complaint on a tech forum and we would like to extend our apologies. I can assure you we have not taken any action to block e-mails from you and we will take a look to see why you received that message when you tried to e-mail us.
If I understand it correctly, you still experience problems dialing the Canadian number you provided to us. Also, you are experiencing another issue. Could you please let me know in detail what that other issue is and I will do my best to assist you and we will once again take a look at the problem you are facing dialing the Canadian phone number.

I am currently dealing with a fall my mother took having to have hip surgery, it may be a few days before i can get back to you in regards to this, currently the unit is disconnected and what software i could locate removed. Thank you for your reply. L

Anyone care to venture a guess as to what i received next?
