Moldy clothes - WM2233HW

The washer causes clothes to smell musty and moldy after washing them. Tried several times to have LG resolve the problem. All they want to do is send out a repairman. It does no good cause this is a design flaw in the washer and it can't be fixed. They have no other solution for this issue.
