The product is trash I've previously settled delivery and handling to truly have the item changed using what was said to be a much better item and alternatively it dropped its non-stick layer following the first use. After I named to protest I had been educated the origianl guarantee about the first item I bought had go out and that I was from fortune. I said towards the customer support representative "you suggest I've invested 100 bucks on trash" Their response was "yes ma'am"
