Took my order, Took my money, Product "Backordered", NEVER received refund after order cancelation!

Do not do business with this company. I placed an order 5-11-10.By 5-14-10, no delivery information was entered so I called them to see what was going on. The rep said I would have to hold so he could check with the 'shipping department.' I heard him physically set the phone down (I assumed I would be speaking with a call center).
He explained the 'shipping manager' said the product was back ordered. I asked for how long? He said he would have to place me on hold and he would have to 'run' over there and check. He physically set the phone down again.
I was told they did not know when they were getting the product in because they've been placing the orders with the merchandiser, but it wasn't coming in. He then asked me if I would like something similar. I kindly declined and asked that my order be canceled. I was told my money would be refunded within 2-3 business days.
By 5-19-10 I have not seen my money so I called again to check the status. The rep said he did see my order was canceled. I asked why my money had not been refunded. He said it is 7-10 business days for a refund from the date of cancellation. I explained the last rep had told me 2-3.
He proceeds to tell me the only way it is 2-3 days is if there is a rush put on it. He said he would rush the cancellation this time and it would be 2-3 days.
Still have not received refund.
