Tv Repair charged for parts that I Did not recieve

Tv Repair They Took My Big screen Sony Projection TV It's From 1996, The Owner Called Me Siad It Needed A Tuner And Mother Board. And The Charges Would Be 400.00 Bucks So I asked Her To Please Make Sure I get Itemized List Of Part Number's She Said Her Husband Would take care Of It, I Said ok, So I Stopped In To Pay Bill And The Tech was working On My tv So I casually Said Oh It's was Tuner And Mother board He Looked AT Me Like I was crazy He said I Ididn't replace that And Continued to Show Me That he replaced A Used Circuit Board Only. So As Any Consumer would Do I Didn't Pay Bill Because I Thought That The Price Should Be Alot Lower So I Waited For next Day Because Owner Left Before I went in To Pay, So When I contacted Her Next Day She Still Said He reaplaced those Items And the Bill Was still The Same I Asked Again For Itemized List My ex Husbnd used To Sell these parts For 20 years So I am Not That Ignoreant. So then she says if you Give Me cash There Will Be No tax. I refused, So when I Stopped In Next Day I Paid Another tech he was rolling His eyes He couldn't Believe Hiself How bad They ripped Me Off And thats There Worker. SO I Have called My CC Company To fight Charges, And I Can't Believe For That Price They Could have cleaned The back Out They Didn't So by The way The Tv Still Has Snow I Am In Process Of calling Another certifed tech For Second opion, I Really Got Ripped Off. TV IS Still Having Same Symptons.
