Purchased small digital video recorder system (wireless) with camera. Company is in China. English portion of instruction manual was useless. Exchanged several emails with Omejo customer service to get unit to work. Camera does not display image to wireless received (did get a fleeting image for about 1 second then just static). Also, when pressing the record button on the received the unit just freezes. All control buttons become inoperable. Unit has a built in rechargable battery that can't be accessed so the only fix is to just let the unit run until the batter dies. Explained this all to Omejo email support. Replies were that I must be doing something wrong (no) because it worked when they sent it. No refund. Bottom line is that merchandise sold by Omejo is poorly made Chinese crap, and there is no refund policy or guarantee that the product will work as advertised. I'm out $300 and a lot of frustration on this. Purchase from Omejo at your own risk.
