Paul, jian zhang i got cheated of us$220 for a shoe camera!

I am a buyer from singapore and i ordered a shoe camera from omejo via http://shop. Omejo.com/productsshow.php? Id=548 To my surprise, I received a completely different design shoe! It is uglier design.

When i msn paul, he said the uglier design shoe cam is a better shoe. I asked him why he did not inform me to send a different design and only i myself found out upon delivery, he never replied.

Also, i noted his shoe cam can't work at all when wearing it and move around! The operation mode is using remote control to power on the cam, and another button on remote to start recording.

But i tried wearing the shoe and moving in my room and record, later connect by usb and no videos were found! I tried a few more times and all same result - there is no video recorded even though the light status on shoe showed video is recording.

Subsequently, i opened a dispute and claimed full refund, which paypal agreed, Paypal told me to ship back to the address given in omejo website. I did so by singapore speedpost, but i just checked tracking status and delivery was unsuccessful. I suspect either paul listed a fake or wrong address in omejo website or he simply refused to accept the parcel.

All friendly email and messages to solve this defective shoe camera product has failed. I had emailed paul many times before i opened a dispute in paypal.

Even after opening a dispute, he cursed me and scolded vulgarities. I can provide all evidence that this product is faulty and also provide paypal all email exchanges i had with this unscrupulous seller. He did not reply at all to my email or msn after receiving the money.

The last conversation i had with him was on the day i received the shoe cam, on 18 feb. I asked him about some questions on how to use the shoe cam and he did answer, but eventually he got fed up and wrote the same answer many times on the screen.

I hope the lawyers here at usacomplaints.com can help me to pursue this case and claim back the full us$220 which i paid for it by paypal.
