Fry's Electronics - Mark Bennet Manager bogus rebate entices me to purchase merchandise

I bought a NetGear wireless router at Fry's due to the $30 rebate. I carefully filled out the rebate and cut the UPC symbol off my box and sent it in (after making a
copy of course).netGear denied my rebate saying they did not get the UPC symbol. HOWEVER, unlike most, I MADE A COPY FIRST.

I brought the copy and all receipt (and even the box with the hole where I had cut out the UPC code) to Fry's and Rose there made a copy and said she would call Netgear. I called Rose a week later and she said she would call back. She did not call back.

When I tried to get a manager, I was hung up on by several employees (one name I remember was Andrez - I did not ask him to spell his name). I finally did leave voice mail with Mark Bennet, but of course, my call was never returned.

Can you please assist me in getting the rebate they advertised or at least warn others to not shop at Fry's?
