Crap Phones, Crap Service

Last summer, I bought a telephone from Cincinnati Bell. It had been a flip-phone produced by a business named Alcatel. The telephone was not capable of delivering images and enjoying audio, despite the fact that which was allegedly its primary function to talk about. Oneday, the charger quit functioning. Our telephone dropped cost and that I needed to maintain it down, that was extremely annoying. We went right into a Cincinnati Bell and informed what had occurred. The woman stated that we'd need to email within the telephone therefore the Alcatel people might repair it. I acquired a level crappier "mortgage telephone" which does not have a camera. Fourteen days later, we'dnot had any improvements on my telephone. We named plus some employee responded in a foreign feature and stated, "Hello? What's your title?" my father explained his name, and also the reaction was: "And what's your name?" my father said it again. The reaction: "as well as your title, friend?" my father explained his title and questioned when the man was obvious. "Oh. Okay." He explained. Which was four weeks before. I'd like my phone back. I questioned my father what he was gonna do about this, and he explained he named again and delivered an awful e-mail, without any reaction. Easily do not get my phone back, I've dropped more than 100 invaluable pictures and my sd-card, that we stupidly left in my own telephone. I'd like my phone back TODAY. It isn't my problem Alcatel is run by incompetent fools who cannot repair a freakin' telephone, that will be sorta their work! My loved ones WOn't buy an Alcatel telephone again, and we're thinking about changing to Verizon. Cheers, Alcatel.
