They let fake internet auctions use them to rip people off, they promote a secure purchase site wich is false, they have my account info and keeps charging me for thier service i never used they obtai

Paypal should be shut down they promote a false sense that your on a secure purchase site, but there the ones allowing fake internet auctions to get your debit card of bank account info. They continue to charge my account for a service i did not use i cannot get rid of this.
