5 Replacement Phones awaiting the 6th 10 days

I'd my mobile phone taken March 11th it's today May 16th. I've obtained 5 mobile phones that have not worked precisely or have now been down-right unuseable because of the proven fact that they delivered me remanufactured types from Korea without appropriate identification #is. I've been expecting my 6th phone for 10 times and also the "procedures specialist" who called me back a week ago lied and stated these were likely to deliver me a brand new telephone, and so I called them back and that I am expecting another "procedures specialist" to phone me again. They obviously mentioned how sorry these were, "guaranteed" me somebody whould telephone me back, it required 3 days for that first one which week it's been 10 times. I've been expecting my 6TH telephone plus they stated that they are able to just substitute 7 telephones after which my state is launched from seervice. Everytime I contact, which in the last month has had 25 mins of my time every time, I obtain the run-around and apologies, nevertheless NOTHING hasbeen completed to "guarantee" me this can not occur again, actually they appear to treatment less each time!!! I REALLY LIKE Run and also have been together for 10 years, but when this is actually the only means I will obtain a substitute telephone?!?! Not worthwhile!!! AND THAT I SETTLED 100 dollars for this GARBAGE! Best of luck to anybody who handles them! One CS representative explained togo and purchase a brand new TELEPHONE! DO NOT however the equiptment alternative plan if you don't are ready for that threat of BS to get a month of one's lifestyle!
