Poor to no service will not let us out of the contract without termination fee

We have 4 to 5 months left out of a 2 year contract. We have put up with bad to no service the whole length of the contract. I have requested and been denied to be released without an early termination fee.
There is no service at my daughters high school and there is poor to no service on the military bases I work at. If you have any suggestion on how I can be released I would appreciate it.
