Incident
The plastic swivel earpiece on my pair of Bose TriPort Headphones broke apart during normal use. The item was just out of warranty and I feel these headphones are poor quality construction and effectively a defective product.
Damage Resulting
Bose would not repair the headphones, or sell a replacement part. The only offered to replace the headphones for $60 plus 5 in shipping.
