Terrible service

This shop contended with me about trading and xbox. I purchased 15 hours before and that I introduced all of the bills. It created running sounds and destroyed a Disc. I'd togo through 4 people along with a mgr to obtain the credit and that I was informed I had been a liar. Eventually got my money-back and thanked the mgr. He advised me he was not assisting me, he simply wanted me eliminated. People around me were surprised and furious. I originally just needed an exchange. Theytold me they did not create the equipment so that they were not accountable. They questioned me easily understood how retail worked plus they do not trade issues. Theytold me my xbox worked fine. Why might I return a completely great device to get a diverse one? I've never been so upset. Others were strolling from the shop furious. I waited over one hour to obtain a return and was named a liar. This is actually the toughest support I've Actually obtained in a shop and that I would not suggest it to anybody. Along with the costs aren't cheaper than elsewhere. Actually the overall game was 10 bucks more that Goal and also the Xbox was exactly the same cost. I'd spend more income to look elsewhere simply to get great customer support. The corporation simply does not have it.
