Light fixture overheats, melts, smokes. It's a fire hazard

I've exactly the same lighting reduction/fire risk problem with total refusal by Sears Support. Simply submitted with Chicago BBB. I investigated the issue carefully many times because it occurred in the last couple decades, but couldn't decide why it occurs sporatically. Sears informs me we quit the doorway available, but this is really not the case whilst the fixure melted to some point-of disrepair and near fireplace recently, I kept looking into it over a period of time of just one-time, shutting the gates and examining carefully to ensure these were closed, there's no means these were not closed. My suspision is by using the switches which are suppose to eliminate the lamps upon closing. Using the gates available, I really could press both switches and also the lighting might remain on. After biking the switches many times manually, I observed the lights went "Off". Our installation ceased overheating using the gates closed following this. Did Sears suggest changing these switches included in the fix? Obviously not, they stated there is no background of the challenge. I've to laugh since I came across this site and all of the grievances. They're fools and clearly care less concerning the client. Just-out to stand you to get a fix. Makes me ill to consider I had been happy your day I purchased this "Elite" item from their website. Exactly what a laugh Sears is becoming.
