Wrong information but still charged

Justanswer.com was a complete rip off. We published about requiring a brand new clothes dryer belt, and also the "specialist" replied that it possibly was a lever, not the belt. That did not seem sensible provided the sound of the squealing gear that people'd been reading. Therefore the following day we exposed the dryer—and there is the gear laying about the base, damaged. There isnot something wrong using the pulleys. We purchased a gear locally and set it ourselves for $22. NEVERTHELESS, JUSTANSWER BILLED US $12.60—for worse than nothing!!
