I place a order on Dec 23rd 2009 on line. I didnt receive a confirmation email. They did however take the money from my account. I called then on Jan 11 I was 1st told computers are down you need to call back. I called back a few hours later and the customer service person hung up the phone on me. I have order alot on line. They usually dont take the money out of your account. I just spoke with them again I as told they will be shipped out to me today. I am not getting what I ordered.
