Bad service

I'd a experience coping with Electrobrands. After purchasing an Olympus 8000 camera through their organization, I never heard something back. I approached the organization, and was informed them was on backorder, plus they had no concept once they might obtain more. Although this was frustrating, it wasnot the component that actually annoyed me - the client support broker contacting me about my purchase was excessively cynical and rude. I can not think they allow somebody like this work-there! Obviously, the emails were delivered from the business email address, therefore perhaps they experienced guarded since their title wasn't about the mail. I'll never store with this specific organization again!
