Ordered a dvd set for my wife for x-mas. It was supposedto come within8-10 days. On the 11th day i e-mailed them to find out about my order. The guaranteed a response in 48 hrs. I never heard back from them. I am out 130.00 and no dvd. All i want is my money back or the dvd. Please help.!! I never had a phone # and now i can't locate the website.
