Sold and sent me Bootlegged copy of The Wonder Years series 1-6 DVD Collection

I ordered a boxed collection set of The Wonder Years TV show. What I received was copies in DVD selves, hand written on the outside with the years 1 through 6. The are obviously illegal copies.

I ordered these DVDs for a Christmas gift on Dec 11. They were shipped on Dec 21 and arrived on Dec 26 by US mail. I am now trying to get a refund from the company but they have not responded.
