Charging early termination fee

I getting cincinnati bell wirless phone from final 2.5 years. On Feb after I got plenty of issu in the payment program i named them to end the support subsequently in those days one Supuvisor convenced me for that fresh smartphone presents and he tol me that'll get these phone-in only $100 and he explained I'll understand this protection in all-over the US. Based on these phrases i singed the agreement of decades now i shifted to Al Montgomery due to lack of Work and today I'm not receiving much indicators and individuals aren't ready to contact me. I called them several period this is their problem because they explained that I'll understand this covrage all over the place that will be not the case and that I need this support and that I am not rescheduling this aggreement intentianally. So I'll not spend you the first termination fee. Then their government risks me that they can ruin my credit rating and consider some legitimate activity on me. Please help me when I am currently hardened plus one more this sort of problem is affecting me psychologically greatly.
