I ordered a Nineteno 64 system, I received it and it was broken, I contacted Chris and he told me that he was going to send me a new one and I was to send the other back. I was fine with that, this all started November 25, he was suppose to send it to me on December 3. It is now December 24 and I have not heard from him either by phone or email. Obviously the man has no children, no spirit or no heart - how can you give a child a broken gift for Christmas.
