I ordered a DSi Ninendo from Main One Group on line and checked out thru google check out. The price was advertised $20.00 cheaper then elsewhere and my credit card was charged.
The DSi ordered was shown to ship within 1 to 2 business days. I inquired multiple times by email and phone. Neither was responded to and I then contacted Google and they said then no longer had any affiliation w / Main One Group.
It appears this is a scam website set up for christmas of 2009 only to collect money and disappear. I'm attempting to file a fraud dispute thru my credit card and attempt to get my money back. I'll also contact the FBI fraud center and FL Attorney General.
There appears to be No Government Intervention of any kind protecting the consumer from anything anymore. I'm discouraged, angry and furious this sort of crime can occur in such a blantant way.
Main One Group states they can't get back to you until after the holidays on January 4th. They put that on their site as to gain time in running away from the crimes their committing!
