This is the worst company I have ever had experience with. My parents called him to repair their big screen TV, he came over and took one of the most important parts of the TV and left, filled out a pink slip for us and a month later my parents called him for follow up and he did not answer. 5 Months later he did not answer, a year later he did not answer, it has been now over 2 years and he has not gotten back to them, they reported him but could not get anywhere with it. I am very dissapointed in this individual and will be reporting him once again. Hope no one comes across him and his helpless "repair"
