Rad productions Took my money

On December 11th I went on to TVpast.com to order the complete DVD set of My Three Sons for my mother for Christmas. They took the money out of my checking account but it has been 2 weeks and so far no movies.investigation started and found out that they are scammers.
I have been trying to call this company and I get an automated message everytime stating that if you are receiving this message during working hours that we are helping other customers. I looked up the telephone number on the phone reversal on line and it said it was a cell phone number.
I have emailed the company and they told me that I checked the Terms and Conditions box and that I knew that it would take 3-6 weeks for the movies to come in but not usually that long.
