Ripoff 3 weeks and still no movies can't contact won't answer!

This company is a joke! I ordered movies from them to resell to others and it's been 3 weeks and still no movies. I've tried contacting this company by e-mail and phone number and I can't get any response. When I call the phone number, you just get a recording telling you to leave a message and they will contact you. You never hear an actual human voice on the other end of the line. I've even called during their business hours, but NOTHING! I've sent them numerous e-mails and no response to those either. They've charged my credit card and I'm not sure what to do. They also charge a very high amount for shipping costs and say it will be shipped using UPS but won't send a tracking number or nothing. They charge over $11.00 to ship out 1 DVD... That is ridiculous. I'm very frustrated with this company and I'm not sure where to turn. Thanks for reading and have a great day.
