Alpha International Business 15% Restocking fee for order never received. Ripped off in

On July 5th I ordered two 512MB PC2700 DDR Memory sticks from BuyAIB.com. After waiting for two weeks, I get a email from BuyAIB stating the order has been cancelled.

Unsure of what was going on I emailed them and asked why it was cancelled and how long would it take to get the refund (since they had already charged my credit card). The reply stated no reason for the cancellation but did say to expect the refund within two to three days.

Yesterday I received the refund but for only $115.60, the original purchase price was $136.00. So I emailed them and had not received a reply today, so I called. After about 10 minutes of letting the phone ring someone finally answered, I stated my problem and she said there was a 15% restocking fee ($20.40), I asked her why the order was cancelled and she said it was "Returned to sender".

In the past I have never had any problem getting a package or any piece of mail, so I told her and she said it didn't matter that was their policy "as stated on the website". First the website doesn't say anything about that, second I called the post office and they said there isn't any reason a package would have been sent back.

I believe they either sent the package to the wrong address or did not send it out at all. I filed with yahoo store! And they are trying to help resolve this issue by taking them off the Yahoo! Shopping list, what good this is going to do is beyond me.

I have also filed with the BBB and they have said that company has a long history of not resolving any complaints, so now I'm turning to usacomplaints.com in hopes of at least warning other people of this company and their bad business practices.
