TV died and HP won't help!

Two days before our Television died. We have just had it for around three years (a really little less than that).

I approached HP tech-support, considering they'd aid. They experienced a couple of things with me. They stated it should be a panel. They stated they might emerge towards the home for $629 and attempt three attempts at repairing it (they did not actually say what might occur if it had beennot set after three attempts).
