Ordered product but never arrived and company denies

My corporation ordered several video conferencing units from Unisoft in preparation for a nationwide conference call series that we will be conducting. Unisoft provided us tracking numbers for the units and we paid for them in full before they shipped. However, two days after they were supposed to arrive, my team checked the tracking numbers and they had been to delivered to another address in a different state.

Immediately, we contacted Unisoft and their customer service rep informed us that those tracking numbers belonged to a different order that a different company had placed. Asking her to look up our order, she said that she had no record of it. Her supervisor suggested that it was possible that the person we ordered from did not log an order and pocketed the money, but that they would look into it. A week later, i have not heard from them and the supervisor will not return my calls.

Unisoft is a scam, and even if their employee was responsible for this incident, they handled to situation in the wrong matter and failed to maintain processes to defend against things like this. We are giving this problem to our legal team to follow-up with a lawsuit.
