Sent me a fake tracking Number from Fed Ex, Never provided bike

I ordered a pocket bike for my son for Christmas.
I ordered it on line because I could not get a live person online to take my order. When I noticed it taking a few days to get a confirmayion, I emailed asking if they go my order. I recieved an email back from Mark Bates. He assured me he received it and that it went out and provided a tracking number. When I checked the status on line at fed ex, there was no record of that tracking number Fed ex informed me that there wa a label generated but no product ever went out.
This company is scam!!! Do not order from them!!!
