This can be a caution to all customers available regarding A&E factory support. A&E is among the least skilled businesses I've ever endured the discomfort of dealing with. They're a sizable nationwide organization that's no idea what's happening in one call-center towards the different. They lied in my experience on numerous occasions about support visits. They ended visits on me at 3 pm after I required work down for that evening. There justification on two separate events was having workers ill and may not ensure it is towards the apointments. When questioned why they waited till three to I would like to understand this-they merely explained they were also busy to contact faster. Should you call-in to protest it will no-good. No published report of one's grievances may occur from the period you contact 24 hours later. If you like an early on apointment they'll lye and let you know they sdechuled one for you personally when they neglect to display they'll merely tell oyu that you simply never named and created an apointment plus they don't have any report of it. They'll not allow you to keep in touch with anybody locally about issue, they'll not pay for missing earnings, and they'll not provide written appologies.in a nutshell, please prevent the corporation no matter what.
