Horrible service

Electronics and household app.

While Brandsmart originally explained the earliest support demand anyone to restore my completely new machine was per week 5 in the day I named, while annoyed, I thought so what can I actually do? They inform me they have two windows: from 7-12, and from 12-7, that I Would need to be house awaiting the individual, I was compelled to maneuver the day another four times to some weekend.

After balancing my routine, eliminating issues I truly desired to attend, heading house in early stages a Friday evening, etc, I wait. And that I wait. 11:30 am I contact, plus they inform me he'll be there before 1:00.1:30 I call, plus they inform me its today a day call, therefore he'll be there before 7. Are you f*&master kidding me?

Just how can support be so idiotic? I would purchase elsewhere for my next equipment. No issue.
