Redtagmarket - Moviemars.com Shipped incorrect item, ignored my request for correct item to be shipped, placed new order and they sent the SAME incorrect item. Ripped me off twice and never responded to me as an individual compl

Basically, I placed an order for a CD item (Italian prog rock album titled 'Riflessioni: Idea D'infinito' by artist Dalton), which was located through Amazon. I was initially impressed with MovieMars (not having been to this site and discovered the MULTITUDE of dissatisfied customers they have ripped off) for them even having it in stock. Although whether or not they ever even HAD this CD in stock, I will never know, as instead of the CD I ordered I instead received a CD titled 'Mosaic - Miniatures' (unsure which is CD title and which is artist, and honestly don't care).

After this absolute disappointment, I wrote to MovieMars as best as they would allow (through their limited avenues of contact/undisclosed email and phone number) requesting that a copy of the CD I ordered be sent to me.instead, I received an autoreply to the effect of "Uh oh. My bad. How about you send the CD back at your own expense and we'll see what we can do?"

Disgusted with this but determined to get the CD I ordered, I placed a second order (my last ever through MovieMars.com), reluctantly resolving to let the rip-off merchants get away with it 'just this once'. Amazingly, when I received my SECOND shipment, I discovered (after explicit and detailed instruction in the first email how they SCREWED my order up! - I'm sure they didn't even read it) they had sent me the EXACT SAME incorrect CD! (!?!?)

Appalled by this inexcusable action I went to my bank to charge back against the two Visa purchases only to have my bank ask for proof that I a) first contacted the company to try to resolve the matter and that b) I had also sent the incorrect items back (again, at my OWN expense) (!!??)

Now, someone please explain to me why anyone in their right mind would willingly forfeit MORE of their OWN money in order to ship (overseas, mind you) two CDs to a company that WON'T reply to your emails (other than unhelpful automated responses) when they have already PROVEN their gross incompetency/malpractice as a business by taking your money and offering you nothing? Twice!

But, do you know what, according to the MANY other reports against MovieMars.com I have found on this site, I know I am wasting my time, because (as they will so impersonally regurgitate from their 'complaints policy' *cough*) "MovieMars has a 99% customer blah blah blah bullshit."

So to you, Moviemars, I'm sorry. I'm sorry you don't know how to complete a basic order. I'm sorry you don't have the aptitude to at least get it right the second time around. I'm extremely sorry you don't have the general decency to respond to customers as people with real concerns and I am especially sorry that you aren't good enough as people (maybe your organisation is run by monkeys, I'm not sure) to accept responsibility for your actions and refund me my $58.00 USD

I understand that this isn't a great sum of money, but it has come down to principality for me now. I refuse to be ripped off in this way.

Oh, and so you know, I managed to find the CD I wanted elsewhere online and purchased it. Miraculously they could read and thus shipped the correct order. Great work, MovieMars.
