Wont let me return something even with money receipt

I baught this blender for my kitchen it worked the first time then the second time i used it, it would not work at all. I tried returning it i even had a my reciept they would not let me have my money back just because i did not have the box it came in. I even asked to speak to the manager and that didn't help either they gave me a phone number to call whcih is the head of their businesses they take care of she kept telling me i will get a phone call back on this matter and no phone calls came. She even said the store should not have done that but they are avoiding me. So here i am stuck with a broken blender and no money back. I only had the blender for one week.
