Eyeq incompatible with windows vista, crashes entire computer, doesn't download, windows vista, monthly false membership charge ripoff

This program does not work with windows vista. They told me that they would soon be compatible with windows vista on may 14. They said for me not to return the product even though i contacted them 2 weeks after purchasing it to do just that. So based on their recommendation i kept the product waiting for them to have it work on windows vista.

It still doesn't work on windows vista, i still have the product waiting for the company to make it work on windows vista and now i get a bill saying i owe the monthly subscription of over $200 for a product that doesn't work but which the company told me to keep until they made it work with vista.

They are charging me a subscription for a useless product which they would not let me return.

Unlike the other complainer about this product i will not pay them another dime.

Their customer service is horrible only rivalled by nuance.
