Was contracted by Wolf to do maintenance work in local mall at an EB Games outlet. They required all kinds of contact and paperwork from you, but then conveniently "loose" it all. We have wasted several mailings and phone calls to no avail.
When calls are made, they don't recall the name of the last person you talked too, so apparently they make up names when discussing. Very, very unprofessional. We have dealt with many contracting maintenance companies, but this company is a joke.
Have been trying to collect since April 09. They get away with it because they know these service calls are not enough money to fool with law suits over.
