Simply terrible

I requested a television from pixmania about the 28/12/08 and also the cash was obtained from my companions consideration and we received our recipt saying we'd receive our product in 5working days, we subsequently got a contact stating it had been today sold-out so we'd be delivered one on the 2/1/09 however they never delivered one-out for all of US so we called them-and they stated it had been today sold-out again so we'd need to wait untill there next shipping of inventory which may be about the 10/1/09 so nowadays the 9/1/09 i called them up twice to verify the e-mail they delivered us saying we'd be delivered one on the 10/1/09 and they said we would just have to wait and see if we get one so i asked to speak to there manager and they told me to ring back at 10am to speak to them so this is what i did but they told me there managers are all in france so i cant speak to them and then they said the earliest they will be getting a delivery will be on the 30/1/09. I have taken the day of and so I Might ring up to see what's happening with my product to discover it had been a waste of my period and there is you should not consider the day of function and miss out on pay.
