Bad and Destructive Ink

I have been purchasiing ink from these people fro 15 years for a number os sites. Recently in all of our locations, the ink has been a disaster! At our sites, the ink quickly drips out and needs refilling. I found the same problem and have gone to extreme lengths to plug, tape, add pressure the fill holes. When refilling bottom up, it flows out.

Second, my Epson print head got clogged. I went through the suggested cleaning and immersion processes. Finally, I bought a new $50 print head, assuming the old one was just too old. Three months and a couple of refills later, the new print head is firmly clogged. First, it was the black, so I cleaned and cleaned and used newer black ink. Now it is the blue and no amount of cleaning will unclog it. Try doing color brochures without blue.

The response from Cfriends is clean some more or no response. After 15 years, I have learned something about cleaning and it no longer works.
