There were 2 white men, early 30's driving a newer Silver van as we were climbing off the scaffolds. Silver Van, brand new - believed to have PA plates. Lies, lies, lies! Told the system was worth $2400.00 and got me to pay 200.00 cash. We even shared our beer and gave him a Heineken. Olin Ross model number is OR860. They said they were out of Newtown, PA.
