After researching all of the grievances about RUN, I chose to document my very own criticism because it continues to be ongoing. I've had RUN for over annually and in the beginning the support and c.S. Was good for what I needed. Then your last a few months I've got an incredibly large statement, by large I am talking about $1000.00 plus. Researching the statement I observed that telephone purchases wherever positioned on the consideration. I immediately called RUN, who advised me, yes I put the purchase and also the following figures were blah blah, and authorized for by me, but at an address not related to me.incredible. They stated they'd examine the problem and also to simply purchase my regular monthly costs. The following month bill comes. The costs weren't looked after, actually 2 more telephones were requested and today the statement is $1600.00. I contact again, same scenerio, telephones requested, authorized, but distinct target. I had been guaranteed it'd be studied care of... Ya right. I approached work of the CEO. Exactly what a laugh. The government actually explained to "hug his butt." It had been escalated and increased. No-one can discover who requested the telephones, but I had been to cover them. Factor is the devices were NEVER activated... They've no idea where they're. Therefore scam calls me and claims I have to provide certification. I send and deliver, however they provide the justification they never received it. So recently 9/16/09 I visit utilize my telephone, and its own off! I contact and am informed scam closed it down. Today actually I settled my stability therefore the consideration is present. She found telephone and was completely unprofessional and ignorant in my experience. She stated I didnt deliver something confirming who I had been. I generously informed her I did so, and secondly my consideration isn't deliquent and also you cannot only up and close my support down. She explained she might do whatever she desired. Subsequently advised me I'd another shut consideration that had a stability onto it under my cultural. I told her I don't. I expected on her supervisor she declined in the beginning then got the boss. He switched on my support again, and mentioned I'd twenty four hours to publish files of who I'm. I quickly advised him that FCC and BBB could be concerned which my lawyer, offered him the data, could be intouch over this disaster. Run is unjust and treats clients like dust. They must be fined and turn off for illegal business methods. The boss doesn't do something to assist anybody. He lies.
