Ripoff rebate that never came Miami Florida

I purchased an elura 40mc and canon's website published a 100$ rebate. The rebate form was advertised on their website so I printed it out. Made a photo copy of all the forms then mailed it in. Never got a response from them or their rebate outsourced company.
The rebate company is called RebatesHQ.com which handles all the rebates. When I contacted them the first time, they said to wait a few weeks longer. AFter the wait, they said I can refax in the forms. I didn't but called back a week later and they said they had technical difficulties with the transaction and to call back within 30 days. I'm still waiting for the 100 buck rebate as thats alot of money.
