Ripoff HAS NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY fraudulent ripoff business

I orderded a cable box it was not what i wanted i sent it back for my refund of $197.00 it was recived by an individual named Turner. I called their 800 number the person i spoke with told me it would take to the end of May befor i would get my money. It has not happened. Now when i call them their mail box is always full. They advertize 100% satisfaction with your money in full right away which has not happened.
