Cuisinart required that I deliver the damaged breadmaker stove for them I did so etc May 14. The cover had damaged, however the remaining stove was in excellent situation. I approached them-and was handed the purchase # 9700898689 for further tracing.
They sent me a breadmaker which was not mine which is faulty on June 19. It leaves the bakery natural that's the stove component is damaged. They included directions to deliver this device towards the Usa for further repairs. This isn't my device, and that I would really like my machine which stays in Ontario to become fixed and delivered in my experience. It remains under warranty.
They're no further addressing my e - email and that I can't achieve them by telephone plus they have plugged my telephone number.
