After 5 attempts at getting a reply out of Cuisinart I am resorting to this complaints site. I am living in France right now but just because I am temporarily living abroad doesn't mean Cuisinart should ignore me!
My Cuisinart was bought in the US. It is a DLC-7 super pro. The serial number is: A 1138866. The number on the cover is: DLC-017BGTX. The parts I wish to replace are: the large pusher and the sleeve assembly that fit over the cover. If it is not possible to buy those separately without the cover I can replace the whole lot. I also need the detachable stem for the slicing discs. Can you help me?
