Horrible experience

Terrible experience! It has been 6 months and that I have now been delivered the incorrect projector light 2x! Once by their bad site "device" and when by their repetition! I am out $350 to date with no light or reimbursement. After I got furious at them, they stated, "we'renot likely to deliver you-your light trigger you hung-up on me". I've needed to pay return shipment costs 2x! I've to document a charge card state. They've a "flippant" perspective. Never again!
